Terms of Service

Your account

You need an account to use Tastelines, you must be at least 13, and the details you give us should be accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.

What you write and upload

Your notes, ratings, collections and photos stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the service can work — and, where you deliberately share a collection or route, to show it to the people you share it with.

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to, and do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, or designed to mislead other people about a business.

Our content

The editorial writing, routes, photography and the Tastelines name belong to us. You are welcome to read, save and share them inside the app; you may not republish them elsewhere without permission.

Place information and some photographs come from Google Places and remain subject to Google’s terms.

Recommendations are opinions

Taste AI and the recommendation engine produce suggestions, not facts. Opening hours, prices and whether a place still exists can all be wrong or out of date. Check before you travel, and treat dietary and allergy information as a starting point rather than an assurance — confirm with the restaurant.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete account, and that removes your content. If you can no longer sign in, write to support@tastelines.app and we will do it for you.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. If we do, we will tell you why unless we are legally unable to.

The legal minimum

Tastelines is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
